Basilisa (Rizal) is a Filipino municipality in the province of Dinagat Islands . It has 36,880 inhabitants (August 1, 2015 census).
The main part of the municipality is on the main island of Dinagat , but there are also some smaller islands in the southwest of Dinagat, including Unib, Sibanoc and Capaquian.
