The Baudissin Glacier is a 2.5 km wide glacier on Heard Island . It flows 1.5 km west of the Challenger Glacier into the western section of Corinthian Bay .

It was discovered apparently in 1874 while exploring the north coast of Heard Island during the British Challenger Expedition (1872–1876), but it was not until the German polar explorer Erich von Drygalski recorded it during the Gauss expedition (1901–1903) as a single large one Glacier pouring into Corinthian Bay. Drygalski named him after Friedrich Graf von Baudissin (1852-1921), a sponsor of the research trip . Participants in the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions discovered in 1948 that several glaciers flow into the bay. The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia (ANCA) recommended in 1954 that Drygalski's name be used for the westernmost and largest of these glaciers.
