The gable-facing building is in a position that characterizes the townscape on the east side of Bauernstraße in the center of Behnsdorf.
Architecture and history
The two-story building was built in the second half of the 19th century, using both brick and half-timbered construction. The building rests on a flat base made of sandstone . The facade is structured using cautiously inserted panels and friezes. On the western gable facing the street , the window and door openings are covered with walls made of stone . The front doors on the street and courtyard side are remarkable for their craftsmanship.
In the local register of monuments , the house is listed as a monument under registration number 094 84182 .
The building, which is remarkable in terms of art and architectural history, is considered to be of high architectural quality.
