The Bavarian military representative in Berlin

The Bavarian Military Plenipotentiary in Berlin was an agency of the Royal Bavarian Army in the Royal Prussian Army from 1867 to 1919 .

The Bavarian military plenipotentiary in Berlin represented the interests of the Bavarian army independently, without being affiliated or subordinate to the Bavarian legation in Berlin. The office was set up after Bavaria and Prussia had concluded a protection and defiance alliance in 1867 , which resulted in the need for ongoing coordination.
