Beata Maliušicka

Beata Maliušicka (born February 14, 1974 in Vilnius ) is a Lithuanian politician of Polish origin who has been Deputy Minister of the Interior Ministry of Lithuania since September 2019 .

Life

After graduating from secondary school, Beata Maliušicka completed a bachelor's degree from 1991 to 1995 and a master’s degree in business administration at Vilnius University in the Lithuanian capital, Vilnius, from 1995 to 1997 . From 1997 to 2001 she worked at UAB Maxima as a director of a supermarket and from 2001 to 2006 as a purchasing specialist at Rimi Baltic Group.

From 2006 to 2008 Maliušicka was advisor to the Minister at the Ministry of Economy of Lithuania . From 2009 to 2017 she headed the Economics and Wealth Subdivision and from 2017 to 2019 she was the deputy director of the administration of Vilnius Rajong Municipality . Beata Maliušicka has been Deputy Minister and Deputy Minister of the Interior Rita Tamašunienė in the Skvernelis cabinet since September 26, 2019 .

Beata Maliušicka speaks English, Russian and Polish.

She belongs to the Poles in Lithuania and is a member of the Lietuvos lenkų rinkimų akcija , LLRA party.
