The Mutual Tower is a skyscraper on Independence Avenue in Windhoek , the capital of Namibia . At around 60 meters, it is the tallest building in the country. The Mutual Tower has 17 floors above and four floors below. The office building was built in the late 2000s for 260 million Namibian dollars and was considered the first green building in Namibia.

The tower is owned by the insurance company Old Mutual .
