Beate Bahner

Beate Bahner (* 1966 ) is a German lawyer , specialist lawyer for medical law and author .

Life

Bahner studied law at the Universities of Heidelberg and Geneva . She has been admitted to the bar in Germany since 1995. After several years in business, she set up her own specialist law firm for medical law in Heidelberg in 2002 . In 2003 she was awarded the Soldan firm start-up prize of the Soldan Institute , endowed with 5,000 euros .

At the beginning of April 2020, Bahner appeared in Heidelberg as the spokesperson for the protests against the COVID-19 protective measures . She published a declaration on what she saw as the unconstitutionality of the federal states' ordinances issued in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic in Germany . On April 10, 2020 , the Federal Constitutional Court rejected your subsequent application for a temporary injunction pursuant to Section 32 BVerfGG as inadmissible.
