Beatrice of Moreau
Beatrice von Moreau (* 1974 in Munich ) is a German actress .
Life
Beatrice von Moreau studied acting at the Max Reinhardt Seminar in Vienna and at the Conservatoire national supérieur d'art dramatique in Paris . Her first engagement took her to the Altmark Theater in Stendal . Since 2000 she has been working as a freelance actress on stage, film and funk. With the Brazilian-German co-production "Mr. K and the hunger artists d'aprés Kafka", she received the ensemble prize of the Arena Festival in Erlangen in 2003 . She guested u. a. at the Staatstheater Kassel , the Westfälische Kammerspiele in Paderborn, the Theater am Kurfürstendamm . In 2005 she founded the agency 8f-Achtfrauen .
In 2009 she received a scholarship from Tom Stromberg and Peter Zadek's wiw AKADEMIE Brandenburg . During this time she and Madeleine Koenigs made the short film "Making of E-We take freedom", which was invited to the 2009 International Women's Film Festival in Dortmund .
In addition to her work as an actress, Beatrice von Moreau also writes for the stage. In 2003 she received the Paul Maar scholarship to promote dramatic children's and youth literature for her play "The Bush Imp and the Rain Bride". "The bear berry painter" was honored for the best children's theater production in 2008 as part of the Bavarian Theater Days in a production by the Ingolstadt City Theater.
