architecture

Three-storey corner building under a steep and high pitched roof with a hip foot; flattened by sliding it towards the eaves . With the basically equally simple facade design with three window axes each , the side facing the street “Am Neuen Wasserturm” is pictorially accentuated by a diaphragm building with a stepped gable that occupies the entire width of the facade .

The entrance axis to Bebericher Straße is emphasized by protruding slightly from the wall surface. All windows in regular order. The one on the ground floor is designed as a large, arcade-like pointed arch window ; those of the upper floors are uniformly rectangular with a flat plaster frame and distinctive sills . The three openings of the diaphragm are analogous, but formulated smaller.

The house entrance is framed with a wide profiled frame and emphasized by an acute-angled skylight , which is repeated several times as a decorative motif in the front door. The roof area two to Bebericher road break through dormers .
