The Hofanlage Beecker road 37 is in the district Rheindahlen in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).

The manor was built in the second half of the 18th century. It was entered under No. B 129 on March 4, 1992 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .

location

The property is located in the center of Rheindahlen, west of St.-Helena-Platz, at the confluence of Mühlenwallstrasse and Beecker Strasse.

architecture

The former Pfalzhof is a four-winged courtyard from the second half of the 18th century.

The residential building is a two-storey five-axis building with central axial access. The half-timbered construction has a plaster facade that was attached around 1900. In the roof area are three verschieferte drag dormers .

The outbuildings on the eaves are one to two-storey slurry brick buildings, e.g. Partly with gateways to the inner courtyard . The buildings covered with pitched roofs have arched, mostly high-angle windows , some of which were later walled up or were originally designed as blind windows .
