The house was built in the early 20th century. It was entered in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach on December 4, 1984 under No. B 017 .
architecture
The property is a four-storey apartment building with a slated mansard roof . Prefabricated cast stone slabs and molded parts were used throughout the facade . These molded parts have a strictly organized joint cut with special separation of parts of the garments , window lintels, base parts , etc. with a precisely planned joint cut. The mansard attic is developed for residential purposes.
