Behnam Shiri Jabilou (born March 21, 1993 ) is an Iranian discus thrower .

Career

Behnam Shiri Jabilou gained his first international experience at the Junior Asian Championships 2012 in Colombo , where he won the bronze medal with 55.72 m. He qualified for the Junior World Championships in Barcelona , where he failed to make a valid attempt in the final. In 2018 he took part in the Asian Games in Jakarta for the first time and finished fourth there with 58.09 m. The following year he won the silver medal at the Asian Championships in Doha behind his compatriot Ehsan Hadadi with 60.89 m .
