Beijing Electric Vehicle , or BJEV for short , is a company from the People's Republic of China .
Company history
The company was founded on October 23, 2009. The seat is in Beijing . It belongs to the Beijing Automotive Group . More than 1000 employees are employed. One source describes it as a development platform for automobiles with new energy, i.e. electric cars . At the same time, it is also considered the manufacturer of these vehicles. There is also a partnership with Mercedes-Benz Energy , which belongs to Daimler AG . At the end of 2018, it was reported that the company had plants in Beijing, Qingdao , Huanghua and Changzhou and is building another in Beijing.

The Lite model is sold under the Arcfox brand .
