Contributions to the local history of Karl-Marx-Stadt
The contributions to the local history of Karl-Marx-Stadt , up to the renaming of Chemnitz to Karl-Marx-Stadt in 1953 Contributions to the local history of Chemnitz , was a series of publications of the city archive of Chemnitz, which appeared in irregular succession from 1952 and in 1988 with the Number 30 discontinued the show. The initiator of the series was Rudolph Strauss , who at that time brought into being a series that was unique for city archives in the GDR and which resulted in a series of similar publications from other city archives.
