The Belene Cove (English; Bulgarian залив Белене saliw Belene ) is a 520 m wide and 690 m long bay on the northwest coast of the Ray Promontory on the Byers Peninsula of Livingston Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . As a side bay of Svishtov Cove , it lies between Isbul Point in the east and Start Point in the west.

British scientists mapped it in 1968, Spanish in 1992 and Bulgarian in 2005 and 2009. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2006 after the city of Belene in northern Bulgaria .
