The old house Bendhütter Straße 52 is in the district of Neuwerk Center in Mönchengladbach ( Nordrhein-Westfalen ).

The building was built in the 16th century. It was entered under No. B 119 on June 7, 1989 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .

The property is located in the southeast of Neuwerk, north of Ehlerstraße and east of Bendhütter Straße, in a residential area that is still partly rural.

It is a three-aisled, longitudinally closed half - timbered building with offsides under a crooked hip roof and a hip in the area of ​​the central nave. On the south-eastern side of the gable, a small, subsequently added extension (former stable) under a gable roof . Extensive stand and bar construction with horizontal compartments and partly preserved clay infill. As a result of an inheritance division, the building was divided across the ridge . The north-western part of the building has been changed and is not a monument.
