Benedetta Porcaroli

Benedetta Porcaroli (born June 11, 1998 in Rome ) is an Italian actress .

Life

Porcaroli grew up in her native city. Her mother works as a secretary in the Roman Quirinal Palace , her father was a lawyer. She has a younger brother, Guglielmo. Since childhood, and especially from the age of 14, she has been a model for various brands such as Subdued, Timberland , Fendi and Gucci .

Benedetta Porcaroli got into acting through a family friend who organized an audition for her. After initial reluctance, she auditioned for the Rai 1 series Tutto può succedere . She got the role and signed a four-year contract. She then moved from public school to private school in order to better coordinate her acting career.

Porcaroli is also an avid singer and has been singing since she was a child. She attended a conservatory for four years, including two years as a soloist and two years in a vocal group.

The Italian has played the main role of Chiara Altieri in the Netflix series Baby since 2018 . The story is loosely based on a scandal that caused a stir in Italy in 2014 when it became public that two Italian high school students in the Parioli neighborhood were working part-time prostitutes. The first season of the series was released in November 2018.
