Bengt Forslund
Bengt Erik Forslund (born June 22, 1932 in Grödinge near Stockholm ) is a Swedish film producer and screenwriter .
Life
Forslund was active as a screenwriter and film producer in 1965. He worked with the director Jan Troell on several productions, beginning with Here you have your life from 1966 . They also wrote several scripts together. As a producer he was involved in more than 30 productions up to and including 1995.
In 1971 Forslund wrote the screenplay for the film Emigranten together with Troell , which he also produced. For this film he was nominated for an Oscar in 1973 in the categories of Best Film and Best Adapted Screenplay .
