Beniamino Migliucci

Beniamino Migliucci (born December 27, 1955 in Bolzano ) is an Italian lawyer and politician .

Migliucci works as a lawyer in Bolzano. In 1998 he was elected for the Lista Civica - Forza Italia - Centro Cristiano Democratico in the South Tyrolean state parliament and thus at the same time the Regional Council Trentino-South Tyrol , but resigned his mandate on May 7, 1999 and was replaced by Antonino Lo Sciuto . In 2010, Migliucci, previously President of the Chamber of Defense Lawyers in South Tyrol, was elected President of the Consiglio delle Camere Penali , the national council of criminal defense chambers. In 2014 he took over the presidency of the Unione delle Camere Penali Italiane in the same association , which he held until 2018.
