Benjkul-e Sofla ( Persian : بنجكول سفلي) is a municipality in the district of Nowshahr in the Iranian province of Mazandaran . At the 2006 census, there were 379 people in 104 families in Benjkul-e Sofla. Benjkul-e Sofla is located on the Caspian Sea and on the four-lane Nowshahr-Mahmudabad Road towards Tooskatok and Royan .
In Benjkul-e Sofla live almost exclusively Mazanderani people , Benjkul-e Sofla is known for its pizza.
