Benno Sulzberger

Benno Sulzberger (born May 6, 1947 in Sallingberg ) is an Austrian politician of the FPÖ . Sulzberger was a member of the state parliament in Lower Austria from 2008 to 2013 .

Education and family

After compulsory schooling, Sulzberger attended a two-year agricultural training school. From 1972 to 2010 Sulzberger worked in data processing for MAN Nutzfahrzeuge Österreich AG at the Vienna plant . He is married and has two sons.

Political career

Sulzberger was from 1990 to 1995 a member of the municipal council of Sallingberg and from 1995 to 2000 an executive member of the municipal council of the market town of Sallingberg. In 2000 he became Vice Mayor of Sallingberg.

From November 29, 2002 to April 23, 2003 he represented the Province of Lower Austria in the Austrian Federal Council . In April 2008 he was elected for the FPÖ in the Lower Austrian state parliament, to which he was a member until April 24, 2013.
