Benny Lindt (born September 21, 1978 in Stralsund ) is a former German handball player .

The 1.92 meter tall native of Stralsund plays on the position of the backcourt .

Benny Lindt played at the Stralsund AG until August 2003 ; he also had a second game right at HSV Blau Weiß Insel Usedom . From Stralsund HV, who was promoted to the 1st Bundesliga at the time , he moved to the southern second division club HC Erlangen . In September 2006, Lindt moved from Ahlener SG, who played in the second Bundesliga, Season North , to the club SG Kadetten Espoirs GS Schaffhausen, the second team of the Kadetten Schaffhausen . For the 2007/2008 season he moved to the sports club Harleshausen Kassel. Here he also played in the 2008/2009 season in the Regionalliga Südwest.

From the 2009/2010 season until 2012 he was again active for the Stralsund AG. After the 2011/2012 season, he ended his career as a handball player to devote himself to professional tasks. Lindt later played for MV league club SV Einheit Demmin, for whom he played until the summer of 2014.
