Bentein Baardson
Bentein Baardson (born November 6, 1953 in New York , NY , USA ) is a Norwegian actor and leading theater director.
Life
He studied at Teaterhøgskolen until 1975, and worked as an actor, director and artistic director on various stages, including a. Rogaland Teater , Agder Teater and Den Nationale Scene .
In 1994 he directed the opening ceremony of the Winter Olympics in Lillehammer.
Bentein Baardson is a member of the Norwegian Academy for Language and Literature, has been a Knight of the Order of Saint Olav since 2000 , and has been Commander of the Order of Saint Olav since 2008.
