The Bentley Crag ( English ) is an approximately 1000 m high rock ledge on the Loubet coast of Graham Land in the north of the Antarctic Peninsula . On the Arrowsmith Peninsula , it looms in the Seue Peaks .
The Falklands Islands Dependencies Survey mapped it on the basis of measurements and aerial photographs between 1956 and 1959. The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 1960 after the American meteorologist Wilson Bentley (1865–1931), an expert in the microphotography of snow and ice crystals .
