The Beowulf Glacier is a small glacier in East Antarctica, Victoria Land . In the Asgard Range it flows in a northerly direction between the Mime Glacier and the head end of the Rhone Glacier .
The New Zealand Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it after the name of Mount Beowulf , which rises at the head of this glacier. Its namesake is the protagonist of the epic heroic poem Beowulf .
