Mount Beowulf is a 2100 m high mountain in East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the Asgard Range, it rises on the southeast side of the Mime Glacier .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own surveys in 1962 and aerial photographs by the United States Navy from 1947 to 1959. The New Zealand Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 1983 after the protagonist of the epic heroic poem Beowulf .
