The Mime Glacier is a small glacier in East Antarctica, Victoria Land . In the Asgard Range, it is located in the southern end of the Tiw Valley .
The New Zealand Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it after the mythological blacksmith Mime , who forged the camouflage helmet in the Ring of the Nibelung .
