Berengar von Vornbach († October 29, 1108 ) was a Benedictine . He was consecrated in 1094 by Passau Bishop Ulrich I of Passau as the first abbot of the Vornbach monastery in Neuhaus am Inn in Bavaria . The monastery was established as a collegiate monastery by Countess Himiltrud von Vornbach before 1050 and founded as a monastery in 1094 by Count Ekbert I von Formbach and his wife Mathilde von Lambach and Count Ulrich von Windberg.
