The house was built in the 18th century. It was entered under no. B 038 on October 14, 1986 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .

The house is a two-storey eaves house with six axes made of brick . Originally the house served as the rectorate building of the Latin school, which was closed in 1886 . The house has a gable roof and a gate entrance on the left. The entrance gate is spanned by a basket arch .
