The Berisad Glacier ( Bulgarian ледник Берисад lednik Berissad ) is a 4.5 km long and 1.5 km wide glacier in the west Antarctic Ellsworthland . In the central Sentinel Range in the Ellsworth Mountains, it flows from Kushla Peak in Veregava Ridge in a north-northwest direction to the Dater Glacier , which it reaches northeast of Sipey Peak .
American scientists mapped it in 1988. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2011 after Berisad , King of the Thracians from 358 BC. BC to 352 BC Chr.
