Bernard Heidkamp (born September 29, 1881 in Damme , † March 5, 1952 in Barßel ) was a German politician ( center ). From 1925 to 1928 he was a member of the Oldenburg State Parliament .

Life

Heidkamp began his professional career as an apprentice clerk at the Damme District Court . In 1902 he passed the examination for the middle legal service and then worked in the office and registry of the court. From 1903 to 1905 he did military service. Then he was an assistant at the district court of Friesoythe until 1907 . From 1907 to 1940 he worked as a self-employed legal advisor and legal representative in Barßel, and from 1932 also as an auctioneer. In addition, from 1917 to 1920 he was treasurer in the military in Friesoythe and from 1920 to 1925 rendant in the Barßel ​​branch of the Amtssparkasse Friesoythe. He later became managing director of the Barßel ​​branch of the Oldenburg commercial and commercial bank.

In May 1925 Heidkamp was elected to the Oldenburg Landtag for the Center Party, of which he was a member until 1928. In parliament he was secretary and member of the administrative committee.
