Bernd Gramminger (born July 8, 1966 in Mannheim ) is a former German soccer player and boxer .
Career
Boxing
The trained businessman Bernd Gramminger boxed for a Speyer club in the 2nd Bundesliga.
Soccer
In football, Gramminger began at FV Mundenheim, later played at Südwest Ludwigshafen and came to VfR Bürstadt in 1984 and thus into professional football (2nd Bundesliga). He completed 17 second division games under coach Lothar Buchmann in 1984/85 , but the team was relegated to the Oberliga Hessen after the season. In 1986 he reached the final of the amateur soccer championship with Bürstadt, in which BVL 08 Remscheid had to be beaten. In 1987 Gramminger moved to the Hessenliga competitor Viktoria Aschaffenburg , with whom he surprisingly made it to the quarter-finals in the DFB Cup (among other things, 1. FC Köln was defeated) and after the season rose to the 2. Bundesliga. However, the direct descent followed. At the beginning of the nineties he returned to VfR Bürstadt and finally moved to Kickers Offenbach in 1992 , where he was active for many years. He played with the OFC in the major and regional leagues before he was able to celebrate the second promotion to the second division of his career with his club in 2000. Gramminger was no longer used there because he had to end his career as a sports invalid in the summer of 2000. Another success with the Offenbacher Kickers was reaching the final of the amateur championship in 1994 , which however was lost 0-1 against Preußen Münster .
From March 12, 2003 to May 2, 2003 Gramminger was temporarily head coach of Viktoria Aschaffenburg. From 2011 to 2015 Gramminger was a youth trainer at Viktoria Aschaffenburg. He coached the U-17 selection. In 2011 Gramminger rose to the Bayern League with the Aschaffenburg U-17 juniors. He did the same in 2014.
