Bernd Mudra (born September 11, 1956 in Forst (Lausitz) ) is a former German football player in the storm . He played for FC Vorwärts Frankfurt (Oder) and BSG Energie Cottbus in the GDR league .

Career

Mudra played in his youth from 1963 to 1970 for his hometown club BSG Motor Forst. He then moved to the youth department of BSG Energie Cottbus and finally to the first team. For this he played in the second-rate GDR league twice in the 1974/75 season and took part in the successful promotion round with four games and two goals. 1975/76 Mudra only missed one league game and scored two goals in the 25 games. He made his debut on matchday 1, when he was in the starting line-up on August 23, 1975 in a 1-1 draw against BSG Sachsenring Zwickau . After the direct relegation, Mudra was still used in 17 games in 1976/77 . In this he scored five hits. After the season he left the BSG and joined the upper division FC Vorwärts Frankfurt (Oder), for whom he played six times in his first season. Mudra's first game took place on August 13, 1977 against FC Karl-Marx-Stadt , which they lost 3-1. After relegation and direct promotion to the league, he again completed six games for Frankfurt. In 1980 Mudra returned to BSG Energie Cottbus, for which he completed eight league games in the 1979/80 season . After another season, in which he scored five goals in 17 games, he was promoted again with Cottbus. In 1981/82 Mudra was used 13 more times, but has already been replaced or replaced several times. In the following GDR league season he came to 17 games and two goals. In 1983 Mudra moved to BSG Chemie Döbern and in 1984 to BSG Progress Cottbus , before ending his career there in 1986.

From 1986 to 1987 Mudra worked as a trainer at SV Einheit Drebkau.
