Bernd Schaumann

Bernd Schaumann (born February 21, 1947 in Leverkusen ) is a German freelance composer , arranger , orchestra leader , musician and music teacher .

Life

Bernd Schaumann studied music and theater studies in Bochum and lives in Cologne . His work focuses on compositions and arrangements for theater pieces, sound film settings, musical actions such as B. Stadtmusik Siegburg 1994 and the activity as composer and arranger for the Cologne wind orchestras Dicke Luft and Amore e Problemi.

Another focus is music educational work with children and young people. He has founded orchestras at several schools in Cologne and leads them.

Bernd Schaumann is married to the museum educator and author Elisabeth Mick .
