Berndt Lüderitz

Berndt Lüderitz (born March 26, 1940 in Braunschweig ) is a German cardiologist.

Life

Lüderitz attended the Friedrichs-Gymnasium Herford . After graduating from high school, he began to study medicine at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich . He became a member of the Corps Franconia Munich . As an inactive he moved to the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz , the University of Paris and the Ruprecht-Karls-University of Heidelberg . For the last semester he returned to the LMU. After two years as a medical assistant in Munich , he was licensed as a doctor in 1967 . He completed his internal training in Munich and Göttingen . In 1972 he completed his habilitation in Göttingen. In 1974 he returned to the LMU Medical Clinic I. In 1983 he followed the call of the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn to her chair for cardiology. After 22 years as Director of the Medical Clinic and Polyclinic II at the University Hospital Bonn , he retired .
