Bernhard Jendorff

Bernhard Jendorff (born September 23, 1940 in Frankfurt am Main ) is a German , Roman Catholic theologian .

Life

Jendorff did his Abitur in 1960 at the humanistic Lessing-Gymnasium in Frankfurt and then studied Roman Catholic theology , philosophy and classical philology . After passing the state examination for teaching at grammar schools, Jendorff received his doctorate in 1969. phil. and initially worked as a student assistant at the Justus Liebig University in Giessen .

From 1972 he was Professor of Practical Theology , Religious Education and Didactics at the Institute for Catholic Theology at Justus Liebig University and from 1972 to 1977 at the newly founded University of Kassel . In 2002, Jendorff took early retirement.
