Bernhard Muhr (born March 17, 1977 ) is a former Austrian football player .

Career

Muhr started his career at FC Gratkorn in Styria . After good games in the regional league, he moved to LASK Linz in 1998 , in the Austrian maximum Bundesliga. There he made his debut in the same year. In 2001 he was relegated with the Linzers and then played one more season in the First Division . In 2002 he moved to SC Interwetten in Untersiebenbrunn .

After the club got into financial difficulties, he moved to SCR Altach in Vorarlberg in 2004 . After 2 years in the Red-Zac First League, he made promotion to the T-Mobile Bundesliga with the Rheindörflern. In January 2009 he returned to Styria for DSV Leoben . Due to the bankruptcy of the main sponsor, the Donawitzers finally had to file for bankruptcy and were thus forced to make their way to the Regionalliga Mitte. Then the FK Austria Wien amateurs secured the services of the defensive routinier for the 2009/10 season. Bernhard Muhr has returned to DSV Leoben since the summer of 2010 and acts there as a player-coach.
