Bert Suplie
Bert Suplie (born February 3, 1928 or 1938 in Berlin ) is a former German-speaking rock 'n' roll and pop singer whose career took place in the late 1950s.
Life
Bert Suplie was a member of the following bands: from 1950: Floridas , 1955 to 1957: Florida Trio and 1957 to 1966: Florida Quartet / Die Floridas.
In 1958/59 he recorded solo records for Polydor in Berlin, including German-language cover versions of Elvis songs. In 1966 he founded the group Die Folket Singers with his wife Karin Rossoll, among others , but they only released two singles. After the end of his music career, he opened a pet shop in Berlin. After his retirement, he moved to a southern island. At the end of the 1990s he returned to Berlin after suffering a minor stroke.

- The surname “Subplie” is written on the cover of the soundtrack CD for Manta - The Film (title represented: Tinalie). This notation then appears wherever reference is made to the soundtrack (web forums, etc.). However, it appears to be a typo.
