Berthold Petzinna
Berthold Meinrad Petzinna (born October 6, 1954 in Essen , North Rhine-Westphalia ) is a German historian and former university professor .
Life
After studying history , philosophy and art history at the Ruhr University in Bochum , Petzinna did her doctorate with a thesis on young conservative intellectuals / politicians in the Weimar Republic under Hans Mommsen . After working in school, university and archive services as well as in market and media research, Petzinna worked as a professor at the Magdeburg-Stendal University of Applied Sciences in Magdeburg until 2016 . His focus in the field of social work, health and media was on the subjects of film and media history.
Frösi
When the Frösi student café was robbed in 2015, Petzinna made a donation to maintain the café.
