The Ordinance on the Implementation of the Professional Advancement of Soldiers ( Berufsförderungsverordnung - BFöV ) is a German statutory ordinance of the Federal Government in which regulations on the professional development of active and former soldiers are enacted in accordance with Section 10a, Paragraphs 1 and 3 of the Soldiers Supply Act (SVG) .

The regulation has the following structure:
- Part 1 - Career advice according to § 3a of the Soldiers Supply Act
- Part 2 - In-service promotion of school and vocational training in accordance with Section 4 of the Soldiers Supply Act
- Part 3 - Promotion of school education according to § 5 of the Soldiers Supply Act
- Part 4 - Promotion of vocational training according to § 5 of the Soldiers Supply Act
- Part 5 - Integration according to § 7 of the Soldiers Supply Act
- Part 6 - Final provisions
Changes
The ordinance was last changed on August 4, 2019 by the Bundeswehr Deployment Strengthening Act (BwEinsatzBerStG). Among other things, a new addition to the ordinance was that the career centers of the Bundeswehr - vocational promotion service - are responsible for advice on issues relating to school and vocational training . In addition, participants in internal measures can receive benefits under the Federal Travel Expenses Act and the Separation Allowance Ordinance through the change .
