Best of Season 1 is a soundtrack by the American band Big Time Rush for the series of the same name . It contained songs that were also included in the previously released album BTR .

Background and appearance

After Big Time Rush's first album was released, the broadcast of the first season of the television series Big Time Rush , where the four band members played the leading role, also ended. In the course of the first season there were a lot of songs, but they were only presented as a demo . These were also released as a single before the soundtrack was released. These were presented in full length on the soundtrack, but the songs could already be heard on the album BTR, which was released a month before . That also caused the failure of the soundtrack.
The soundtrack album was released in Germany on November 26, 2010, as well as in the USA .

On the cover, the four band members can be seen standing in front of a fence that leads to a house. The fence is labeled "013" and is very similar to the front garden of the villa of the serial figure Gustavo. The soundtrack has the same cover as the single City Is Ours .
