The building was built in 1904. It was entered under No. B 146 on March 28, 1995 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .

architecture

The three-storey four-axis house (with a two-storey extension) is located in the immediate vicinity of the colorful garden in a traditional, storey-by-storey structure by means of a plinth, floor or sill and eaves cornice . Additional emphasis on the horizontal with a wide frieze band between the ground floor and the first floor. Window disposition in regular order with uniformly high rectangular window formats. The windows on the first floor are cut smoothly into the wall surface and only accentuated by imitation keystones ; the ear-framed openings on the two upper floors are architecturally enriched with gable crowns or ornamentally shaped keystones. The building entrance on the right-hand axis is designed as simple as the accompanying window openings. A gently sloping gable roof completes the building .
