The Biagini Passo is a crossover - Convertible of the Italian car manufacturer ACM , which was produced from 1990 to 1993, only about 65 times.

From a technical point of view, it is almost entirely a Volkswagen , as ACM simply connected the slightly modified body of the VW Golf I Cabrio to the technology of the Golf II Country via a self-made subframe . However, ACM has made major changes to the front and rear. The front fenders and the bonnet are a Biagini in-house production and no longer available because the ACM company was closed at the end of production for financial reasons.

ACM has partly used other manufacturers, so the headlights with indicators come from the Fiat Panda from 1980 to 1985, the rear lights come from the Opel Kadett D sedan from 1983 and the side indicators are from the Fiat Ritmo , also from 1983. In the rear is no longer the small luggage hatch, but a large flap that opens downwards. The rear window in the convertible top can be folded up separately.

The top linkage is a modified Golf I convertible component with the original seals. Because of the practical changes to the tailgate, the rear window is no longer made of glass, instead a PVC folding window is sewn into it. The dashboard also comes from the Golf 1 but has been provided with a handle that extends to the passenger side.

The vehicles were only sold in very small numbers through a few VW dealers in Germany. Due to the poor corrosion protection, the Biagini Passo is now extremely rare.

The general importer for Germany was G. Enning in Dorsten .
