Biagio Agnes
Biagio Agnes (born July 25, 1928 in Serino , † May 30, 2011 in Rome ) was an Italian journalist.
Agnes worked for the Italian state broadcaster RAI from 1958 . In the 1960s he developed the lunchtime program of the Telegiornale and in 1979 the local news program Testata Giornalistica Regionale , forerunner of TG 3 , for Rai 3 . From 1982 to the end of 1989 he was Director General of RAI.
He then held board positions at the telecommunications company STET and Telemontecarlo .

- 1992: Honorary doctorate from the University of Buenos Aires
- 2004: Honorary Doctorate from the University of Parma
