Wittgenstein regional literature collection

The Wittgenstein bibliography is a regional bibliography . With the aim of completeness, it covers the regional literature on the Wittgenstein region, the Wittgensteiner Land or simply " Wittgenstein ". The geographical collection area is essentially based on the boundaries of the former Wittgenstein district . It includes today's municipalities of Bad Berleburg , Bad Laasphe and Erndtebrück , but also the "Höhendörfer" Hoheleye , Mollseifen , Neuastenberg and Langewiese , which have belonged to Winterberg since 1975 .

The collection is based on the publications of the Wittgensteiner Heimatverein eV , in particular the Wittgenstein magazine, which has appeared periodically since 1956 . Leaves of the Wittgensteiner Heimatverein eV . In addition, many collected works (village and homeland books), dissertations, examination or diploma theses as well as commemorative publications from associations or companies. Many of the works mentioned are in the library of the Wittgensteiner Heimatverein.

The Wittgenstein bibliography has been published in four editions as a book (Supplement 3 of the Wittgenstein magazine. Leaves of the Wittgensteiner Heimatverein eV) under the title "Landeskundliche Posts aus Wittgenstein - Eine Bibliographie", the 5th edition has the changed title: Bibliography on Wittgenstein territorial history - "Bibliography Wittgenstein" published.
