Bending dimension

The bending dimension is the degree to which the connecting wires of components such as resistors , capacitors or diodes can be bent without the component being damaged, for example by mechanical tension .

It describes the distance between holes in a circuit board . This dimension is the template for the smallest permitted bending radius of the connecting wires in the component preparation on a machine , whereby the connections are shortened to the correct length. At the same time, the smallest distance between the bending point and the component must be ensured.
