The Big Canon Lake is a lake in Kenora District in the Canadian province of Ontario .
Big Canon Lake is a lake that is usually reached by seaplane. It is 40 km northwest of Vermilion Bay . The following types of fish are caught in the lake: eyeglass , pike , muscle lung , black bass and American char . At the northeastern end, an 8 km long drain leaves Big Canon Lake and flows into the Wabigoon River , which runs east of the lake .
The lake has an area of 23 km². It lies at an altitude of about 350 m .
