The Wabigoon River is a left tributary of the English River in the Canadian province of Ontario .

The Wabigoon River has its origin in Raleigh Lake at a height of 453  m . It leaves this on its north bank and flows in a predominantly westerly direction to the lakes Dinorwic Lake and Wabigoon Lake . The two lakes form a lake system, the flow of which is regulated. On the north bank, near the town of Dryden , the Wabigoon River initially continues north and later west.
