The Kuhberg Education Center or Oberer Kuhberg School Center is a municipal school center in the city of Ulm , on Egginger Weg on the Kuhberg. It was created in the early 1970s as part of the 2nd Ulm model . With around 8,000 students (as of 2011), it is one of the largest school centers in Baden-Württemberg.
Several independent schools are located in the Kuhberg school center:
- Robert Bosch School Ulm (approx. 3500 students)
- Anna-Essinger-Realschule Ulm (approx. 500 students)
- Anna-Essinger-Gymnasium Ulm (approx. 850 students)
- Ferdinand von Steinbeis School Ulm (approx. 3000 students)
The groundbreaking ceremony for an extension took place on December 8, 2011. In the following years, a further 24 million euros are to be invested in the renovation of the existing buildings.
