Biljana Topić
Biljana Topić ( Serbian - Cyrillic Биљана Топић ; born October 17, 1977 in Šabac ) is a Serbian three-jumper .
Topić, who starts for the club AK Partizan Belgrade , made her debut in international competitions late. At the IAAF World Indoor Championships in Valencia in 2008 , she was eliminated as twelfth in qualification. Shortly thereafter, she took part in the Olympic Games in Beijing in the triple jump, but could not qualify for the final. In June 2008 she improved the national record in the women's triple jump to 14.36 m in Novi Sad . At the World Athletics Championships in Berlin in 2009, she increased this record to 14.52 m and also narrowly missed the medal ranks and reached fourth place.
In 2008 and 2009 Topić became Serbian triple jump champion.
